You guys have good guests and ask good questions. Please make more shows. Yours is one of the few I can find that is interesting enough to keep me distracted while I'm at the gym. And I'd love to hear more about shadow people. You've had better coverage of that topic than I've heard anywhere else.

Hey Clarissa,
Thank you so much for the kind words...Due to life's constrictions, we're working on getting the next episode wrapped, but rest assured we have something good coming in the works... We may have to bump John Zaffis' interview, but we will indeed have another guest by next week so we can get back on air...
Thanks everyone for the support. We really appreciate it!

Hi Guys: I've been listening to the podcasts while at work. Great topics. Great guests, and you guys get to the "meat and potatoes" and get to the show, which you keep very interesting. Not like some other paranormal shows that "B.S" for a half hour about where they went out drinking the night before or laughing at their inside jokes. I wish you guys the best of luck and thanks for the effort.

Thanks Tomkat! We definitely appreciate it...That's why we've spent a long time off air for the past month instead of just putting up a show that had no content or was lacking it enough where we had to use "filler"....not to say it doesn't happen, but we pride ourselves on trying to get the best information out there for the listeners and we definitely appreciate your kind comments...in fact, everyone's comments have been amazing. Thank you all for listening and showing your support. We'll try to hold up our end of the deal and keep bringing you amazing shows and guests.

Well hiya everyone from London in the good old UK!
Love what you guys are doing here, though it's a shame to see that the message boards are so quiet. I stumbled upon Altered States Paranormal radio when shuffling around the internet for Shadow People articles (they're one of my paranormal passions too) and I was impressed with both the honesty and 'personal' quality to your two part broadcast on them. I am completely convinced that there really is something going on as far as they are concerned, even if no one as yet has been able to pin down any hard and fast facts, so take heart and keep searching.
I've cherry picked the podcasts I've listened to since then, mostly the dangers of the paranormal (a show which said a lot of things that needed to be said, even though a lot of groups and individuals who make their money from this at times dangerous hobby would be reticent to do so themselves) and demonology based ones, though I'm also listening to the entire back catalogue in sequence as well.
As for me, I won't go into too much detail, though I can at a later date if the message boards get more active, but I'm a sensitive who, though sceptical for many years finally admitted to himself that he was experiencing what he was experiencing, and came to something of an uneasy truce with his so called 'abilities'. I know that may not be enough for some people who listen to your show, and I truly respect them for their need to find solid, scientific evidence, and support them in spirit in their efforts. Plus it's just darn fun to listen to all those EVP's!
As for suggestions for upcoming content, I'm afraid that I wouldn't be able to name any specific personalities or groups as I'm somewhat cut off from the wider paranormal community over here in the UK, though I love the mix of different styles and skills that you have brought to the show so far. Keep that up and I'll be around for a long while yet!

Hey Vulpes, welcome to our quiet, but still fun, message boards! Your story is indeed interesting and I am very familiar with what you have gone through.
I'd love to hear some of your thoughts on shadow people...although you may have already posted some in the forums here, but I think the governmental programs and the interdimensionals are the two most plausible based on the way the phenomenon manifests...
I hope you continue to come on the boards and to chat it up with us. We need more voices on here. Do you work on your own to develop your abilities or do you work with others?

I work alone mostly. I've had a couple of really bad experiences with regards to occult meeting groups in the past, one of which ended in an outright psychic attack and attempted domination by the head of one of the groups which I was a member of. Thankfully his attempt was made at a meeting that was being held in a public place, and I was able to leave soon afterward, though it has forever colored my attitude toward group work. I'm happy to work with others, but only as an associate. That said, I am free with my advice on psychic/entity/magickal matters, I'm not selfish, just guarded. Understandable I suppose. And yeah, oddly enough, my first thoughts on the shadow people phenomena was indeed a multidimensional one. I'm heavily into the possible connection between theoretical physics and magick, and the possible overlap of the shadow people's home dimension and our own, perhaps even to the point where they may indeed have ended up stranded here, or even looking for a viable place to settle. The governmental program theory is indeed an intriguing one, though considering the global nature of sightings, correlated with their longevity, from the late 70's onward, would point to it being more akin to a global conspiracy as opposed to a simply US based one. Now, I'm interested in conspiracies, but the work required to put such an operation together would be huge. Not impossible by any stretch of the imagination, but improbable at best. It is more likely that the governments of the world know of the shadow people's presence, perhaps even sanction it, but I doubt if they instigated it, purely because of the effort involved in setting up and maintaining such an operation for a prolonged amount of time. Looking the other way as opposed to facing it all head on, if you get what I mean. Heh, now I sound like a mad old hermit screaming about governmental conspiracies and global secrets eh?

Hey Tomy,
My name is Gil Saldana (but you already know that), and I am one of the Directors of The Pasadena Paranormal Research Society (but you already knew THAT). I just thought I'd drop you a line and let you know that Jason Carrasco (Director) and I...uh, and you will be returning very soon with Altered States Paranormal Radio. Are you ready for that?
